The President will run the league meetings, submit rosters to the Mid-State Conference, and be the liaison between RAYF Board and Mid-State Conference. He/She should conduct background checks, recruit members, or anything else that the local league should need. |

Records and distributes board meeting minutes, records game scores and relays those scores to the Mid-State Secretary. |
Responsible for League financial obligations which includes but not limited to: maintaining the organization’s checking and savings accounts, balance sheet, billing and reimbursement payment. |
The Public Relations Coordinator will give to Rosholt Record Newspaper:
Registration information, Pig Roast Pictures & Thank yous, Parade Pictures, Any Pictures seemed fitting during the season to keep the public informed of the Kids, Each month’s calendar items (Pig Roast, Games, Banquet, Make a Difference Day), Pig Roast Thank You Insert that goes into the game day roster & Rosholt Record. Also resposible for Photographer, Find and set the date for the earliest in season possible (add to calendar on website). |
The Cheer Coordinator director will handle all League Cheer matters with the Mid-State Conference. Any decisions which may conflict with the rules and by-laws of the conference must be brought to the Board and if necessary, the entire conference. |
The Volunteer Coordinator shall ensure proper staffing levels for all games and extra-curricular functions and photo coordinator. |
Coordinate all activities operating the concessions at RAYF home games; purchase necessary food and supplies, work with Volunteer Coordinator to staff & clean the concession stand. Reconcile daily funds, submitting proceeds to Treasurer. |
Manage all activities dealing with equipping the football players; inventorying all equipment, fitting and recording each player's equipment during signups, obtaining any new equipment needed each year, distributing the equipment at the beginning of each year, exchanging equipment throughout the year as needed, collecting the equipment at the end of the year and inspecting, washing, and repairing as necessary. |
Coordinates Game day activities, including securing Refs, Announcers, Spotter/Clock/Board Workers, finding Chain Gang, finding Vets for the National Anthem, singer or music for the National Anthem, and providing Meal Voucher tickets for those people. Provide Cooler with Gatorade/H2O for Refs Provide Cooler with ice bags for injuries Provide Medical Kit & Supplies to Bench Put up Stinger Yard Signs Gather List of Announcements to be made at the Game (from Booster Club, Rosholt Record, etc) Give Announcer program with kid’s pronunciations |
Responsible for coordinating tickets, reserving the date, working with the Portage County Fair Board on scheduling our access to the grounds, beverage stand, etc. Over see all aspects and preparation for the pig roast. This event is a big event for the families, community and creates the finances to keep the Stingers going and make special investments for football players to benefit at all levels in Rosholt

Website Coordinator role is to keep the Stingers website up to date and current. The website is the one stop for all schedules, rosters and everything Stingers related. The goal is to keep parents and volunteers informed of relevant information via this information hub.
